There were 183 sales, 801 active listings, and a $734,197 average sale price for detached homes in the Central Okanagan market, including Kelowna and Lake Country. The average days on market were 53.
The condo market featured 129 sales and 416 active listings at the end of the month. The average sale price was $364,062 with 42 average days on market.

North Okanagan: Vernon and surrounding area
In North Okanagan, including Vernon and the surrounding area, the average sale price was $478,874 with an average days on market of 53 days for detached homes. At the end of the month, there were 71 sales and 290 active listings.
There were 25 sales and 73 active listings for condos. The average sale price was $221,455, and the average days on market were 108.
In comparison, townhome featured 23 sales, 93 active listings and a $309,852 average sale price with 61 average days on market.
